I’ve been athletic my whole life, but didn’t discover the benefits of running until I got a little older. Since I began running seriously, I’ve lowered my 5K time significantly, run a couple marathons, and completed a Tough Mudder. I run to compete, to stay in shape, and also to maintain sanity. Running has become a way to relieve stress, as well as pursue goals. I’ve found that by training hard I can achieve the results I desire. Regardless of your fitness level, I know I can coach you to do the same.
